There’s one major flaw in this example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.
Not only has President Trump not been found guilty of insurrection, not one person involved in the Jan 6th demonstration has either. In fact, not one person has even been charged with insurrection.
What he was found guilty of, was a misdemeanor, that had past the Statute of Limitations, magically resurrected as a felony, and tried in a State court, which has no jurisdiction, by an attorney that didn’t possess the authority. Let’s not forget that the payments went to his attorney. How then would it be entered into the books. From there where it went was not under BJT’s control. Then we have the fact that the lawyer admitted that giving it to that woman was entirely his idea. I would be remiss, if I leave out the fact the actual charge was never presented. Check the jury instructions. They were told they didn’t need to believe he was guilty of this, but that he was guilty of committing a crime these misdemeanors might have led BJT to commit. WHAT? That is the most sinister, illegal jury instruction that has ever been created. You can find a person guilty, if you think a crime has committed, even though the court and prosecutors aren’t telling you what that crime is. Don’t believe me, go read it for yourself.
Read the comment on the Supreme Court decision on immunity. They didn’t rule on it, not because it was all legal, but because it hadn’t been presented for review. Yet it was plain what their ruling would be, if and when it must be presented to them.
This recent rejection by the court is a political tantrum. The judge was blatantly bias and although he knows the entire disaster will be reversed, he wants to make everyone jump through hoops to get there. It’s election interference. It’s what you get when corruption and politics enter the court system.
So, before listening to fools like this person, go to the Constitution and read it for yourself. Stop taking biased morons advice, have the guts to take control of your own life.
It doesn’t matter which one, but no political party is God. Everything they say isn’t by Devine inspiration. So, wake up to the lies, and manipulations, it’s your life not theirs.
