Trump: We should ‘drug test at the debate’, Biden ‘high as a kite’ at State of the Union

1. I believe Biden was absolutely FORTIFIED for the SOTU.

   Don’t know which drugs, he was fairly coherent in his demented way.

   But he was sure letting his inner Satan shine out.
