The basis for hiring must be abilities, skills, knowledge, experience and merit. Skin color or gender identification is 100% meaningless when you serve others. I was rejected from hundreds of jobs in the 1960s simply because I was female. I have been rejected from hundreds of jobs in the past 15 years simply because I was white. America deserves every fire catastrophe it gets for hating Americans due solely to their sex or color. Americans do not and have not respected merit.
